What do you do when things don’t go to plan?

Even with all the right checks in place things sometimes things don’t go to plan. No company is perfect but what shows the measure of a company is how they handle things when for whatever reason things haven’t gone to plan. We received some feedback this week that showcases our commitment to great customer service. This feedback was from a customer who’d ordered an item that we had expected to have been released by Ubiquiti but wasn’t for 4 weeks, however our ongoing commitment to keeping the customer updated gave them choice at each point how they wanted to proceed. This is what they said:

“a big thank you for notifying me and for the excellent updates. In my day job I see a lot of delays but never one with the level of customer care you have provided.”
