100 times easier than an ikea bookshelf!
Our aim here at Twelve Times, home of thetechgeeks is to listen to a customer’s needs and provide them with a design and/or quote that means that everything’s all clear and easy for our customers. With a Ruijie setup with config we also then create a handover document so that our customers are easily able to get the devices installed. We get loads of fabulous reviews all the time, but were therefore extra delighted to receive this particular review:
This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their service is absolutely legendary. They took the time to help me understand what I needed and then provided basically a “plug and play” set-up. I have a starlink and wanted to have WiFi in 4 different locations without running long lengths of cable i.e a wireless setup, so as you can imagine there was quite a lot of gear involved in this setup. Every box came labled as per a diagram and I was really easily able to connect it all even though I had no cooking clue what I was doing. It was honestly 10x easier than assembling an Ikea bookshelf. I rang them up to ask a stupid question and had the friendliest person (Ann) on the line. She was absolutely amazing and gave me all the time I needed. She really is the gold standard in customer service. I can’t more highly recommend the Tech Geeks.
